The MET 2025 cutoff for Manipal University BTech programmes has been officially released. Recently Manipal University released the Round 3 BTech cutoff marks for MIT Manipal. The highest closing rank in the BTech Round 3 was around 50,785 in the Civil Engineering dual degree programme with Macquarie University. The overall MIT Manipal Cutoff 2025 closed at 29232 for civil engineering, while the MIT Manipal CSE cutoff in round 3 closed at 5129.
There are various factors that determine the cutoff for Manipal University. These factors include:
Number of Applicants: A higher number of applicants leads to higher competition, which can affect the cutoffs.
Difficulty of the Entrance Exam: If the exam is considered difficult, qualifying marks may be lower. Conversely, easier exams tend to result in higher qualifying marks.
Number of Available Seats: Fewer available seats increase competition, driving up the qualifying marks.
Previous Year's Cutoff Trends: Colleges often consider the previous year's cutoff trends as a benchmark. Significant changes in applicant numbers or exam difficulty can alter this trend.
Reservation Policies: Different categories (e.g., General, SC, ST) result in varying cutoffs for each category.
