About Placement

Training & Placement Cell is well-equipped with facilities where an individual can nurture his growth to the maxim. Experienced and highly qualified trainers provide hands on training on Aptitude preparation followed by series of mock tests and paper solutions for various companies. This not only prepares students for initial stages of campus interviews but also helps them building their aptitude & logic. Moreover, professional & corporate trainers provide quality soft skills training in the form of seminars, guest lecturers & workshops. Mocks interview and group discussion rounds are carried out in the well-designed interview and group-discussion rooms so that students can come out of the fear shells. And perform better during the campus and off-campus interviews. Not only this, Training & Placement Cell also provides effective guidance on further education whether it’s in India or abroad. Education fair is conducted for admissions to foreign Universities. Guidance on preparation on all kinds of entrance exam is also very much provided. Moreover, T&P Cell takes care that students get materials and books on highly discounted rates for all kinds of additional preparations.

Placement Procedure

The stage of recruitment can be broken up broadly into three parts.

  • Pre Placement Talk

  • Written tests/Group Discussion/Personnel Interviews

  • Declaration of results

The facilities provided to facilitate the visitors are Lodging & Boarding arrangement at city, rooms for Pre Placement Talks,Tests,Group discussions and interviews, audio-Visual facilities for PPTs etc.

 

  • Pre Placement Talk

Over the years Pre-placement talk have been the standard forum for company-student interaction. PPT’s provides students with an opportunity to learn more about the organization and meet the Organizations member.

 

  •  Written tests/Group Discussion/Personnel Interviews

For the final selection of candidates, the companies have been conducting the personnel interviews, augmented by written tests and the group discussion for the preliminary selection. These interviews are used to gauge the technical knowledge and other aspects of the candidates and helps the companies in selecting the most appropriate Candidate for organization and for the position being offer.

 

  • Declaration of results

After the conduction of interviews the companies declare the results as soon as possible in order to avoid the possibility of candidate being selected for the multiple jobs. These results are communicated to the student community through Notices or mails.
