The Gujarat PGCET exam is a state-level PG entrance exam conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Gujarat. The Gujarat PGCET exam is held in July for admission to ME/M.Tech/M.Pharm/M.Plan courses. GATE and GPAT qualified students are exempted from the Gujarat PGCET exam. Gujarat PGCET 2026 is a state-level entrance test organised by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) to help students secure admission to postgraduate programs such as ME, MTech, MPharm, and MPlan in Gujarat. Gujarat PGCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Students who want to apply for the Gujarat PGCET 2026 exam must go through the eligibility criteria and make sure they fulfil all the conditions. Check the Gujarat PGCET 2026 eligibility criteria given below. 

Eligibility Criteria for MTech Admission

Students must hold a B.E., B.Tech., or equivalent degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST/ SEBC/ EWS students).

GATE Score Eligibility 

Students with valid GATE 2026 scores can also take part in the Gujarat PGCET 2026. However, they don't need to write the Gujarat PGCET 2026 exam. Admission to GATE-qualified students will be done directly through Gujarat PGCET counselling. 

Eligibility Criteria For Admission to M.Pharm

  • Those must hold a B.Pharm degree with at least 55% overall (or 50% for students who are SC, ST, EWS, or SEBC).
  • Students who will be taking their final year B.E., B.Tech, or B. Pharm exams are also eligible to apply.

Gujarat PGCET 2026 Application Form

Step 1 - Registration

Visit the Gujarat PGCET official website gujacpc.admissions.nic.in and click on the ACPC common registration link. Students must register by giving basic information such as their name, mobile phone number, and email address. In addition, students must choose a user ID and password for any future logins. After filling out all of the details, students must click the submit button to obtain an OTP to their email address and cell phone number. To complete the registration procedure, students will need to submit OTPs. Students will get their registration number, user ID, and password by email and mobile.

Step 2 - Login and Fill Out Application Form

Students must log in and complete the comprehensive Gujarat PGCET application form 2026. In the Gujarat PGCET 2026 application form, students must include information about themselves, their academic and qualifying exams, as well as their contact information.

The Gujarat PGCET 2024 exam date has been postponed. The examination will now be conducted on August 3 & 4, as per the revised schedule. The conducting body, ACPC has released the hall ticket for the same on the website acpc.gujarat.gov.in.
