The SSET has established state of the art facilities on a sprawling 29 acre campus at Karukutty in Ernakulam District. Salient features are beautiful village atmosphere with no air pollution and greenery surroundings. Eco-friendly and efficient water harvesting and recycling systems. Buildings and play grounds are constructed with out affecting the greenery and natural landscape of the land. The College campus houses a Bank, ATM facility, Auditorium, Stadium, Hostels, Stationary Store, Post office and Residential facility for faculty and staff.

Separate hostels for men and women are available in the campus. The Men’s Hostels can accommodate 475 students and the Ladies’ Hostel can accommodate 350 students. There is a separate hostel for first year boys inside the campus. Security personnel have been deployed at the hostels round the clock and take care of any exigencies.

NSS Technical Cell of SSET conducts voluntary blood donation camp under the guidance of Kerala State Blood Transfusion Council. It may be noted that SSET was adjudged as the institution for donating maximum bottles of blood during the year 2006-2007. NSS cell also conduct Computer awareness programmes regularly for the residents of Karukutty Grama Panchayath.

The excellent track record in placement achieved by the institution stands testimony to the high quality of education provided to the students. The Personality Development Programmes (PDPs) conducted by commissioning expert trainers from all over India transform the personality of students. At SSET, PDPs are a regular feature and is spread over the entire four years that a student spends at the campus. Training programmes are conducted in Group Dynamics, Interpersonal Skills, Presentation and Communication Skills, Time and Stress management, Assertiveness etc. These training programmes transform individuals into confident youngsters who are willing to take on any challenges that their professional life may throw at them.
