IGNOU Hostel Fees Structure

IGNOU University is an open university that offers education in distance and part-time modes. Hence hostel accommodation is not provided by the university itself. Candidates who study at Indira Gandhi National Open University can choose neighbouring PGs are an option. The accommodation fees in these PGs range from Rs 8,000 to Rs 15,000. These PGs have monthly rents that include dining services. Candidates will be able to find rooms in these PGs, on both a single or shared basis. The university offers distance education and works on the Online Distance Learning (ODL) model in a variety of streams like arts, commerce, education, computers, etc. The IGNOU admission process is based on merit for most of the courses.
