• The candidates must be an Indian National
• The applicant must have scored a minimum of 60% aggregate numbers in the passing exam (Graduation). In a matter of CPI or CGPA, 6.75 will be considered equivalent to 60%, as per AICTE rules.
• The applicant knowing French, Japanese, Chinese, German, or Russian is appreciated, but not necessary.
• If you passed the GATE Exam last year then you can apply by submitting the marksheet by August 10, 2022.

• There are two types of vacancies presented by the organization.
• In the first type of vacancy, the candidates will have to give an extra entrance examination even after they have passed the GATE examination in order to be a part of DRDO.

DRDO GATE Recruitment 2023 - Exam Pattern 

• The Written Examination will include two papers of 300 marks each
• These papers will be conducted in two sessions
• The duration of each paper will be three hours. 
• The syllabus of the examination can be taken from the Engineering Services Examination (Main) syllabus in the relevant discipline conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). 
• The examination for DRDO PSU Recruitment through GATE 2023 will be administered in a paper-based format.
