  • You should be a student and a citizen of India.
  • For diploma students, you must have passed Class 10. For undergraduate and higher-level courses, you must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 from an institution that is recognised by Jharkhand.
  • You must have taken admission in a recognised college in Jharkhand or outside. Such as IIT, IIMs, NITs, AIIMS, XLRI, BITS, NID, IIFT, etc. The college must be ranked in the top 200 overall or in the top 100 in a category on the NIRF Rankings or must have an NAAC ‘A’ grade or higher.
  • You must be in the age group of 20-40 at the time of submission of a loan application.
  • You must not have previously availed of any benefits under the scheme.
  • You must not have availed an education loan from any State Co-operative Bank, Central Co-operative Bank, District Central Co-operative Bank, or Public or Private sector bank for the same course for which he/she is seeking assistance under the scheme.

How to Apply Guruji Student Credit Card?

The Guruji Student Credit Card Scheme offers a simple online application process that allows access to financial assistance to support progression into higher education. Below is a quick guide on all stages of your application, login, and approval for your loan:

Registration Process

  • Visit the official GSCCS website.
  • Click "Registration."
  • Enter your name, email ID, and the captcha code.
  • Verify your mobile number with the OTP sent to your mobile.
  • Then, you will get a registration number via SMS after successful verification.

Login & Application Form

  • You will receive a User ID, Password, and a captcha that you will enter to log in.
  • In the application form, you write your basic details and your address.
  • Upload your profile photo and signature.
  • Hit "Submit" and you're done! You will be given your application ID.
