All candidates who want to appear for the ICAI CA January 2026 exam, whether for CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, or CA Final, will have to apply online. Some details related to ICAI CA exam registration 2026 are given below:
The application form for ICAI CA January 2026 exam will be available only on the official SSP of ICAI at eservices.icai.org
To access the form, you need to log in with your username and password on the portal. The ICAI exam form for January 2026 will be active only on the designated dates as announced on www.icai.org
If you have never registered as a user on the SSP portal before, then first you need to visit the website and create your account.
In case you have lost or forgotten your password, you can easily reset it using the “Forgot Password” option on the website.
Students are also advised to complete all necessary updates, like creating a username, registering for their course, converting the course, revalidating, and updating their photo, signature, and address on the SSP portal itself.
Students also have to pay the required examination fee online.
For ICAI members who wish to apply for Post Qualification Course (PQC) Examinations, such as International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT–AT) and Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Examination, the application has to be submitted online at pqc.icaiexam.icai.org.

ICAI CA Admit Card January 2026
The ICAI CA Admit Card January 2026 will be released by ICAI most likely in the last week of December 2025. Those who are going to appear in the upcoming CA exams must download their admit card on time because it is a very important document to enter the exam hall.
