ICSE Class 10 English Paper 1 Latest Updates 2026

February 17, 2026 | 1:00 PM IST | ICSE Class 10 English Paper 1 Result Details : The English Exam Paper 1 is over. The result will be uploaded online in the April month. An official link will be made available and students will be able to check the detailed result using the login credentials.

February 17, 2026 | 12:30 PM IST | ICSE Class 10 English Paper 1 Grading System: A 9 point grading scale is followed by the ICSE. Grades 1 to 9 will be provided for external examination. The highest grades 1 and 2 will denote very good performance. For internal assessment, grades A to E will be provided.

February 17, 2026 | 12:00 PM IST | Maharashtra HSC Physics Passing Marks: The students should aim at scoring at least 35% marks in order to get the pass status out of 100 marks. Passing in theory as well as internal assessment individually will also be mandatory for students. The theory exam will be of 80 marks and internal assessment will be of 20 marks.

February 17, 2026 | 11:30 AM IST | ICSE Class 10 English Paper 1 Pattern: The exam will be conducted for 2 hours. In total, questions will be asked for 80 marks. There will be five different sections, including Composition for 20 marks, Comprehension for 20 marks, and Grammar for 20 marks.

The students had to be seated till 10:30 am for the ICSE Class 10 English Paper 1 exam. 15 minutes reading time was provided between 10:45 am to 11:00 am. The exam timings are from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm.
