Eligibility Criteria of Courses Offered Through TS LAWCET 2024

In order to secure admission in any course, candidates have to ensure that they meet all the conditions prescribed for that particular programme. If anyone fails to fulfil all conditions, he/ she will not be shortlisted. The table given below provides the course-wise eligibility criteria for all the programmes offered through TS LAWCET.

  • The candidate must have completed his/ her education up to the 10+2 level or its equivalent.
  • It is mandatory for the applicant to get his/ her class 12th degree from a recognised board of education.
  • The applicant must have secured at least 45% marks in aggregate at the 10+2 level (40% for reserved category candidates).
  • Apart from this, the candidate must have scored passing marks in all the subjects of class 12th.

BBA LL.B

B.Com LL.B

B.Sc LL.B

  • It is compulsory for the candidate to have completed his/ her education up to the 10+2 level or its equivalent.
  • The applicant must have received his/ her class 12th degree from a recognised board of education (central or state).
  • It is mandatory for the candidate to have completed class 12th in the science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology as main subjects.
  • The applicant must have secured at least 45% marks in aggregate at the 10+2 level (40% for reserved category candidates).
  • He/ she must have scored passing marks in all the subjects of class 12th.

LL.B

  • The candidate must have completed his/ her education up to graduation.
  • Aspirants who have a bachelor's degree in any stream are eligible to apply.
  • The applicant must have received his/ her UG degree from a recognised university or college.
  • The aggregate marks scored by the candidate in the UG degree must not be less than 45% (40% for reserved category candidates).

Note: Students appearing in the final year of their qualifying degree are also allowed to apply. They will have to provide provisional documents at the time of admission but they will be required to produce the original documents as soon as they get them.

In order to apply for admission to the courses that are offered through TS LAWCET, candidates have to complete the application process for the exam. They will have to visit the official website and proceed to fill out the application form. They will have to complete the entire process in the online mode and pay the application fee through an online payment gateway.

Sant Kripal Singh Institute of Law offers one law course at the institute namely LLB. The LLB course is a 3 years regular course. The course curriculum is divided into 6 semesters. The per annum fee of the Bachelor of Law course at the institute is Rs 14,000 annually. If you are willing to get admission to this bachelor's degree programme then you must have secured at least 45 percent marks in class 12 from a recognised board of education.

Hello Sakshi,

To secure admission to the B.A LLB programme at Swami Vivekananda Law College, you must have passed 10+2 with at least 45% marks (SC/ ST category candidates - 40%). The programme is 5 years long and divided into 10 semesters. It has an intake of 120 students. The programme is affiliated to CCS University, Meerut and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
