List of Documents Required for NIPER JEE 2025 Counselling

An array of documents is required for NIPER JEE 2025 counselling to complete the document verification process and which needs to be submitted during the registration process for the NIPER JEE counselling. Documents such as NIPER JEE application form, scorecard, admit card, Class 10 certificates, etc., are all mandatory for the NIPER counselling process. All candidates are required to upload the said list of documents required for NIPER JEE 2025 counselling on the portal as a mandatory step to validate their registration. These documents mentioned on the list will further be verified at the time of physical reporting to the allotted colleges.

The NIPER JEE Counselling is conducted by the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER). The counselling process began from July 20, 2025, onwards for M.S.(Pharm.) /M.Pharm./ M.Tech./ PG Diploma in Medical Devices programmes. The counselling for these courses will be held in a rank-wise manner, i.e., for Rank 1 to 800, counselling will be held on July 20, and for Ranks 801 to 2500, it will be held on July 21, 2025. For Ranks 2501 and above, the counselling schedule will be released on the official website.

Also, NIPER Mohali released the Merit List for the counselling process of MBA and PhD programmes on July 18, as their counselling was held on July 19, 2025, at the Convention Centre in NIPER Mohali. Candidates can get admission to all seven National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research through the scores obtained in NIPER JEE 2025 Exam. • Class 10 Certificate as proof of age and correct name
• Marksheets of all the semesters/years of the qualifying degree
• NIPER/GPAT/GATE Score Card
• NIPER JEE Admit Card 2025
• Original Migration Certificate (Last University Attended)
• Reservation Certificate (If Applicable)
• Income Certificate (If Applicable)
• Certificate of Disability (If Applicable)
• Medical Certificate
• Sponsorship Certificate
• Documentary proof in support of the NRI status.
• Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card.
• Undertaking to be given by the parents regarding ragging for their wards to abide by rules of the Institute
• Students awaiting their final year results can send confidential results from the official email ID of the respective university registrar before final counselling to the following email ID: admissions@niperhyd.ac.in

Note: All the documents must be self-attested (except Migration Certificate) by the candidates.
