List to Documents Required for ICAR AIEEA 2024 Registration
Aspirants of ICAR AIEEA 2024 must be ready with the following documents before filling the online application.
- ID Proof such as Aadhaar Card/ Passport Number/ Ration Card Number/ Bank Account Number/ PAN Number/ Voter ID
- Mobile Number, E-Mail ID and Address for Communication
- Scanned Image of Latest Passport Size Photograph
- Scanned Image of Signature
- Scanned Image of Thumb Impression (Left for Male, Right for Female)
- Bank Account/ Internet Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card details to pay the registration fee
- Certificate of Qualifying Examination
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- EWS Certificate (if applicable)
- Proof of Domicile State/ Residence Certificate
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
From the documents list mentioned above, the candidates will be required to upload only the scanned image of photo, signature and thumb impression. The other documents are required as a reference while filling the application form.
ICAR AIEEA 2024 Image Uploading Process & Specifications
Firstly, the candidates will have to scan the following documents by using a Scanner or MS Pain or through a Mobile App. The documents have to be scanned and uploaded as per the following specifications.

The passport size photograph must be recent and white background is the best. The signature has to be clear (running hand), and the thumb impression should cover the whole thumb. After scanning the above documents, the candidates can upload them on the online registration portal of ICAR AIEEA.
