NCHMCT JEE 2024 Admit Card Guidelines

NTA will release the NCHMCT JEE Admit Card 2024 on its official website. Candidates can download the same by visiting the portal and logging in with their user credentials. To download the admit card for the NCHMCT JEE 2024 exam, follow these steps:

  • Log in to nchmjee.nta.nic.in
  • Visit the ‘NCHMCT JEE 2024 Admit Card’ link and click on the Download option
  • Enter the application no., DOB, and the security pin in the login window
  • View the NCHMCT JEE admit card and Save it

Candidates are advised to download their respective admit cards before the exam day and keep a copy of the same for future reference. The admit card is the gateway to the exam hall. Without it, candidates will not be allowed inside the exam hall or sit for the exam. 

Before reaching the exam centre on the scheduled date, check out the following details on your NCHMCT JEE 2024 Hall Ticket:

  • Candidate’s Name and Roll No. 
  • Category, Gender, DOB
  • Father’s Name
  • Date, Time, and Venue of NCHMCT JEE 

Candidates are advised to carefully go through these details and look for any errors/misprints before taking a printout of the hall ticket. In case of a mistake or discrepancy in the information printed, applicants must contact the NTA helpline immediately (between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM) to get those rectified. 

Documents to Carry on NCHMCT JEE 2024 Exam Day

These documents are made mandatory to be carried by the candidates when visiting the exam centres without which you would not be allowed to take the examination. The most important documents that you should be carrying to the exam centres include:

  • Admit Card: Post successful registration, candidates can download their respective admit cards from the official NTA website. In the event of not carrying the admit card to the centre, the candidate would not be allowed to sit for the examination.
  • ID Proofs: Remember to carry valid ID proof such as a voter card, Aadhar card, driving license, and passport. ID proof is required to verify & authenticate the identity of the customer at the exam centre. In the absence of valid ID proof, the candidate won’t be allowed to enter the exam centre.
  • Passport Size Photograph: The candidate appearing for the NCHMCT JEE exam should carry one passport-size photograph to the exam centre. Just remember that the photograph being carried should be the same as the one used for filling out the online application.
  • PwD Certificate (If Applicable): If you are claiming relaxation under the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category, you will need to present a valid PwD certificate issued by the relevant authority at the exam centre.
Note: The exam's official website clearly states that certain forms of identification will not be accepted. These include ID cards from educational institutions like schools, colleges, or universities, as well as Aadhar enrollment receipts without the Aadhar number, and photocopies or images saved on mobile phones.

NCHMCT JEE 2024 Dress Code

NTA has not specified any dress code for NCHMCT JEE 2024. However, it is advisable that candidates come dressed appropriately on the day of the exam, and avoid wearing too many accessories. 

  • Female candidates can wear a T-shirt/shirt paired with jeans, or Kurti/leggings/salwar, etc. Avoid wearing tight-fitting clothes and jewellery/metallic items, like bracelets, nose pins, rings, and earrings. 
  • Male candidates must also preferably be wearing light, breathable clothes. Avoid wearing accessories, like goggles, watches, caps, and belts. 

NCHMCT JEE 2024 Exam Day Instructions at the Entry Point  

Candidates must go through pre-exam guidelines to avoid any hassle and ensure a smooth entry into the exam hall:

  • All candidates should reach the exam centre at least 30-45 minutes before the Reporting time as mentioned on the admit card. (Candidates will not be permitted to enter the venue after 9:30 AM as the exam is to start at 10:00 AM)
  • Ensure that the admit card is duly filled as per the instructions given
  • Admit cards must be duly filled out as per the instructions.
  • Students will be notified of the lab or room number allotted to them at the entry gate
  • Candidates must only be carrying items related to the entrance test viz. ID card, admit card, a ballpoint pen, an additional Passport-sized photograph, a water bottle and a hand sanitiser for personal use.

Important Instructions During and After the NCHMCT JEE 2024

Take note of the following when appearing for the NCHMCT entrance test:

  • A4 size sheets will be provided inside the exam hall for rough work
  • Candidates are to affix their Passport-size photograph on the attendance sheet in the presence of the invigilator
  • Candidates must wait for the invigilator’s instructions on the completion of the paper. The exit of candidates will be made in an orderly manner.
  • Applicants are to hand over their rough sheets as per the instructions of the invigilator
  • Candidates must not engage in any unfair means when appearing for the test. Any examinee caught in possession of restricted items or following unfair means to get through the test will be dealt with strictly. They may even have their answer sheets cancelled for the entire term. 

NOTE: No applicant will be allowed to enter the venue once the gates are closed, nor will they be permitted to leave the exam hall before the end of the test.
