NCHMCT JEE 2024 Ranking System

NTA declares NCHMCT JEE 2024 results in the form of a percentile, and the counselling authority, i.e., NCHM converts the percentile of the candidates into ranks. The authority is expected to take the raw score of candidates in the exam to allocate a rank. If one or two candidates secure the same marks/ percentile, the rank will be allocated after resolving the tie through the tie-breaking policy.

NCHMCT JEE 2024 Tie-breaking Policy

If in any case the scores obtained by two or more candidates are equal, then the NTA will apply the NCHMCT JEE Tie-breaker criteria to resolve the tie and reward individual ranks to both candidates. The tie-breaking rule will be applied in order of preference, as follows:

  • The candidate having higher marks in English will be rewarded with a higher rank
  • If the tie persists, the candidate scoring higher marks in Service Sector Aptitude will be assigned a higher rank
  • If that too fails to resolve the tie, then lastly, the candidate older in age will be allotted a higher rank

NCHMCT JEE Rank Predictor 2024

Students can make use of the rank predictor tool to calculate and predict their potential NCHMCT JEE scores in 2024 based on the expected percentile after the exams are over. That will help candidates analyze their NCHMCT JEE scores vs marks and check if they are eligible to get through their desired colleges.
