Odisha CPET Education Cutoff: Check Previous Year Cutoff Marks

Odisha CPET cutoff for the Education stream is determined by a number of criteria, including the number of students taking the exam, the difficulty level of the test, and the availability of seats. Odisha CPET 2025 for the General Category is 57.25, while candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories cutoff are 32.0 and 36 respectively. The minimum requirement for reserved categories, such as ex-servicemen and the orthopaedically handicapped (OHPH), is 49 and 10.

Earlier, Odisha CPET education cutoff was 75.32 for general, 62.50 for SC, 55.30 for ST, 34.94 for ESM, and 46.67 for OHPH for 2023-24. Similarly, the cutoff for 2022-23 was 69.24 for General, 55.44 for SC, 47.21 for ST, and 41.73 for OHPH.

Odisha CPET Education Cutoff

The Department of Higher Education (DHE) of Odisha prepares the CPET Education Cutoff. Odisha CPET Education cutoff is the minimum marks required to clear the exam. There are separate Odisha CPET Education cutoff marks for General, SC, ST, ESM, and OHPH categories. Based on the Odisha CPET Education result, candidates will be admitted to various institutions as per the choices filled by them in the admission form.

Cutoff marks are the minimum qualifying marks aspirants have to score in order to qualify for the examination and become eligible for the further round of admission. Candidates who meet the cut-off marks are shortlisted for the counselling process. Admission to the participating institutions in Education Stream will be offered on the basis of Odisha CPET Education cutoff marks. Candidates who fail to secure the cutoff marks will not be considered for the admission process.
