The State Bank of India has announced the dates for the Probationary Officer (PO) Main exam on September 2, 2025. As per the official notification, the online SBI PO Mains exam is scheduled to be held on September 13, 2025, in the morning session. The exact timings of the SBI PO main exam will be mentioned on the admit card which is expected to be released anytime soon. The SBI notification states, “All concerned candidates are requested to take note and make necessary arrangements accordingly. Detailed instructions and call letters will be made available soon on the Bank’s career website." This year, SBI has come up with a total of 541 vacancies for Probationary Officer (PO) posts for which around 6,57,850 candidates have submitted their applications. Admit Card & Documents:
  • Carry SBI PO admit card (with photo affixed) + photocopy of valid photo ID + 2 extra photos.
  • Accepted IDs: PAN, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Bank Passbook with photo, Aadhaar, Employee ID, etc.
  • Admit card photo must match the application photo.
Reporting & Registration
  • Report 15 min before reporting time. Late entry not allowed.
  • Registration via photo capture; the photo & signature must match the application.
Allowed Items
  • Pen, pencil, eraser, glue, ink pad.
  • Transparent water bottle.
Items Not Allowed
  • Books, papers, calculators, geometry box, USBs, electronic devices, watches, metallic items, food, bags, ornaments, etc.
