Upcoming RRB Exams 2024: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will soon release the official notification for RRB exams 2024-25. RRB conducts exams for various posts in the Railways Department. The RRB recruits candidates by conducting a series of exams for various technical and non-technical posts in Indian Railways. Every year thousands of vacancies are released by Railway Recruitment Board for various posts such as Junior Engineer (JE), Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC), Paramedical, Ministerial, and Isolated Categories (MI), and Level 1 Group D Posts.

Type of Railway Recruitment Exams 2024

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Exams can be categorized into four main categories which are as follows:

  •  RRB Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Exam

  • RRB Junior Engineer (JE) Exam

  • RRB Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) Exam

  • RRB Group D Exam/RRC Level 1 exam

RRB Exam Eligibility Criteria

RRB ALP

Age

18 to 28 years.

Educational Qualification

ALP: Must have passed Class 10th/SSLC & ITI/Course Completed Act Apprentices or Diploma/Degree in Engineering.

Technician: Completed Class 10th/SSLC plus ITI/ Course Completed Act Apprentices or 10+2 with Physics and Maths or Diploma in Engineering.

RRB Group D

Age

18 to 33 years

Educational Qualification

Passed Class 10th from Institution recognized by NCVT/SCVT or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT







RRB JE




Age

18 to 33 years

Educational Qualification 

JE Post: 

An applicant must have a three years Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile / Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Control/ Tools & Machining/ Tools & Die Making/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a Recognized University/Institute.

DMS

Applicants need to complete a three-year Diploma in Engineering from any govt. recognized university or equivalent.

JE (IT):

Candidates must have PGDCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ BCA/ B.Tech. (Information Technology)/ B.Tech. (Computer Science)/ DOEACC ‘B’ level course of three years duration or equivalent.

CMA:

Degree in Science with Physics and Chemistry with minimum 55% marks.

RRB Exams Admit Card 2024

Based on the previous year's trends, the RRB admit card is usually released four days before the scheduled date of the RRB exam. The admit card is issued online separately for different stages of the exam. Candidates can download the admit card by logging in with the required credentials. The admit card contains information related to the exam as well as candidates’ personal details.

RRB Exams Result 2024

The Railway Board publishes region-wise RRB results online for different exams on the respective official website of RRB. Candidates who appear for any of the examinations conducted by RRB can check the RRB result of that particular exam on the official website i.e. www.rrbcdg.gov.in

The list of candidates shortlisted for the final RRB result is made available in PDF format. On the basis of the RRB exam result released, eligible candidates are shortlisted for the next round of the RRB selection process.

The RRB result PDF will contain the following details:-

  • The Raw score of the candidate

Maharani Lal Kunwari P.G. College, located at Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh, offers a three year long Bachelor of Arts (B.A) programme. The B.A course has a total of 10 specialisations. These include Economics, English, Geography, Hindi, History, Psychology, Sanskrit, Sociology, Urdu and Political Science. The course is delivered in regular mode, that is on campus. There are a total of 2240 seats in B.A at Maharani Lal Kunwari PG College. The fees for B.A is Rs 11,700.

The total annual fee for BCA at JECRC University is Rs 1,40,000 to be paid at the time of admission. The subsequent semester fee is Rs 70,000. Moreover, the eligibility criteria for admission to JECRC University BCA programme is to pass Class 12 with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognised board. The university grants 5% relaxation in minimum marks to SC, ST, Rajasthan state OBC NCL and women category.
