Candidates wanting to appear for the NEET 2021 entrance should be well aware of the NEET 2021 syllabus. This is considered to be one of the most important steps of the preparation strategy. It is only after knowledge about the syllabus can the candidates chalk out a timetable for preparation. NEET is a national level medical entrance test, therefore the level of competition is pretty high. It is to be noted that the syllabus for NEET is prescribed by the Medical Council of India (MCI). The syllabus is generally set after reviewing the syllabus of certain boards such as COBSE, NCERT, CBSE, etc. NEET 2021 syllabus can be divided or categorized under three major headings - Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. A total of 90 questions are asked from the syllabus of Biology, 45 questions from the syllabus of Chemistry, and another 45 questions from the syllabus of Chemistry. Once the candidates are aware of the syllabus they should go through the detailed exam pattern of NEET 2021 and the books they can refer to for preparation and plan their NEET strategy accordingly.
