Many aspiring MBA students often wonder about an important question: Is the CAT exam compulsory for MBA? The simple answer is NO! Taking the CAT exam is not mandatory for enrolling in MBA programmes in India or abroad. However, it is important to note that the CAT is the most widely accepted and recognised entrance exam for MBA programs in India. The registration process for the BITS Pilani PhD Admission 2025-26 cycle, which is scheduled to begin in January 2026, is officially coming to an end today. Candidates looking to apply for the upcoming cycle must submit their forms online by 5:00 PM on November 17, 2025, as this is the final deadline. All applications have to be submitted through the official admission portal pdc.edvertek.com/bitsphd25sem2/Default. While filling out the BITS Pilani PhD Admission 2025 registration form, students will need to enter their personal details, academic qualifications, contact information, research preferences, and upload the documents mentioned in the instructions. 

TANCET 2026 Notification Release Date: The TANCET notification 2026 will be released anytime soon, on the official website- tancet.annauniv.edu. Candidates who are planning to pursue an MBA or MCA course, candidates should appear for the TANCET 2026 exam. As per the experts, the TANCET 2026 exam notification will likely be released in the third week or fourth week of January 2026. For getting the latest updates, the candidates are advised to constantly check the official website of TANCET. Based on the previous years’ trends, it is expected that the TANCET exam 2026 will be conducted tentatively in the second or Third week of March 2026.

Students gearing up for the Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination (AEEE) 2026 should know which topics to focus on in Physics, how many questions to expect from key chapters, and how to prepare them smartly. The syllabus emphasizes on key Physics topics from NCERT 11th and 12th curriculum. AEEE 2026 Physics high-weightage topics include Modern Physics, Electromagnetic Induction, Optics etc., contributing to around 50-60% of the total weightage as per the past trends. Mid-weightage topics to focus on are Heat and Thermodynamics, Laws of Motion, Electrostatics and Current Electricity. These topics cover up to 20-30% weightage in the question paper. COMEDK UGET 2026 Examination: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has announced the date for the COMEDK UGET 2026 examination, providing much-needed relief to engineering students across the country. This examination is scheduled to take place on May 9, 2026, and is one of the most crucial pathways for engineering students to gain entry into the country’s premier engineering colleges across the state of Karnataka. COMEDK will conduct the examination online in a computer-based mode. The registration process for the examination will soon be initiated on the official website, requiring students to enter basic information, upload documents, and pay the requisite fees to complete the application process.

WBJEE Application Form 2026: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) is expected to release the application form for WBJEE 2026 in either the third or fourth week of January 2026. Though no official notice has yet been released by the board, based on the previous years' trends, it is expected that the process of registration for WBJEE 2026 could start anywhere between January 16 to January 26 in 2026.

The list of government engineering colleges accepting JEE Main 2026 for admission includes NITs, IIITs, MNNIT Allahabad, and PEC Chandigarh, among others. They are the top-ranking institutions deemed for quality education with affordable fee structures and high placement opportunities. However, the admission process is very competitive in these colleges, and only the top-performing candidates in the JEE Main 2026 exam are likely to be eligible for selection. Influencing factors like college location, fees, scholarship options, placements, facilities, ranking, etc., play a crucial role in the decision-making of which college to opt for. The admission process will be administered through the JoSAA Counselling, conducted at the national level.
