Placement As I'm a 1st year student,I don't have much knowledge about the placement part.From what I've heard In SOE,When it comes to placements,Fire and safety takes the crown.Followed by CSE,EC,IT etc.Many bug companies comes here to hire top candidates.As for CE,there's placements but compared to Cs and fire safety dep is less.

If you are in top 5 then your placement is confirmed but if you are not then it will be your worst hard time of your life. Faculty will give you back in theory paper even when you have written correct answer and on the other hand faculty will give question paper to mallu so that they can get placement

Placement Placements for mechanical division is average as of now ,due to low need of mechanical engineers due to IT revolution,though placements are low mechanical division has 48% of students getting placed with am average of 3-4 lac per annum package

Placement If you are highly talented then only you can get good placements. As this is a normal college so good companies come and hire very less students. Still service based companies come in ample amount so average package is 4-5lpa. If you just want a job then u can do coding and get. Non IT companies rarely visit. If u really have aced coding then even 25lpa on campus placement is possible!
