On November 1, 2022, the NIFT Application Form 2022 was made available on the official website (nift.ac.in). Candidates can apply by visiting the website NIFT Delhi and filling out and submitting the application form there. Applications are currently being accepted for NIFT Delhi admission 2022 to all course. The deadline to submit an application for National Institute of Fashion Technology admission 2022 is December 31, 2022. Candidates who are unable to submit their applications by the deadline may do so by paying the Rs 5,000 late fee and doing so by the first week of January 2022. All UG and PG entrance exams (CBT) will take place on February 5, 2022. The NIFT website will have access to the final timetable.
The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Delhi, one of India's top design schools, was founded in 1986 to provide a learning environment of the best standards in fashion, including technology, design, and management. It is an autonomous institute recognised by the Government of India and the Ministry of Textiles. The courses offered here include B.Des, M.Des, B.F.Tech, M.F.Tech and MFM. Admission to all these programmes will require valid entrance exam scores. NIFT Delhi conducts its own entrance exam through which admission is granted. Candidates must qualify for the National Institute of Fashion Technology cut off list to secure a seat in the institution.
A group discussion (GD) and a personal interview (PI) session will be held after the entrance exam. The NIFT entrance exam is a computer-based test (CBT) and includes two sections the General Ability Test (GAT) and the Creativity Ability Test (CAT). The NIFT test receives about 40,000 applications per year approximately, for a total of 4517 seats. The National Institute of Technology board will make the cut-off marks public after the exam is over. To be considered for admission, applicants must pass this exam and make the NIFT Delhi cutoff list.
