SET application form 2026 will be released by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) on its official website tentatively in December 2025. Candidates have to first register themselves before filling the application form of SET 2026. Filling out the application form correctly is essential, as even minor mistakes can lead to rejection or the need for corrections later. How to Apply for SET 2026?

Candidates can check the detailed steps to apply for SET 2026 exam. 

Step 1: Registration

  • Visit the official website of SET and click on the 'Registration' link.

  • Before proceeding with registration, read all the instructions carefully.

  • Enter your login credentials details such as email ID and phone number and click on “Save and Continue”.

  • After the successful registration, login SET ID and password will be sent to the registered email address.

Step 2: Filling Out the Application Form

In this step, the candidate will have to enter the following details in the SET application form:

  • Personal details

  • Educational details

  • Address

  • Course opted for admission

  • Exam Centre

Step 3: Uploading of Images

  • After providing all the basic details, candidates must upload their latest scanned photograph in the required format and size prescribed by the University.

Step 4: Payment of Fees

The Application Fee is INR 2250/-. The application fee of SET can be paid in both online and offline mode. 

Online Mode:

  • The candidate may pay via Billdesk Payment Gateway, Indian Bank Payment Gateway, or Easebuzz Payment Gateway. Pay an amount of Rs 1950.

Offline Mode:

  • For offline payment, the candidate needs to submit a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 2250 for one test (morning or afternoon) and Rs 3500 for two tests (one from the morning session and the other from the afternoon session).

  • This shall be paid from any Nationalised Bank which shall be payable at Pune in favour of "Symbiosis Test Secretariat".

  • While on the "Make Payment" tab, choose the mode of payment as "DD payment". Take a print out of the same must be taken, details filled in, signed, and sent to the Symbiosis Test Secretariat (STS) to the following address:

Step 5: Confirmation Page

  • The candidate must take a printout of the filled SET application form for future reference.
  • A confirmation mail will be sent to the candidate upon payment and only after the receipt of the payment, the applicant will be able to view the Admit Card.

Note: 

  • The fee paid for SET is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The candidate must make sure that the payment process is completed before the closing date of payment of the respective course.
  • In case of payment disputes, an email must be sent to registrar@siu.edu.in.

  • On the official website, applicants must apply for SET Online Application.
  • In any other mode, it is not approved.
  • There is no need to mail a submission of the application form to the concerned authority.
  • Because all data is sent via SMS on the mobile, a viable mobile number is required.
  • The email address is correct.
  • JPG/JPEG copies of the photograph and signature are required.
  • The applicant will not be enrolled for the exam until payment has been made.
  • Fees for applications should be non-refundable.

SET 2026 Application Form Correction

Applicants should be aware that they can rectify any inaccurate information on their registration form simply by logging in with their given SET ID and Password. The correction screen will be open until the very last day of registration form submission. After the last day of filling out the registration form and its submission, applicants will not be able to change their exam center preference or admission section in the registration form.
