The company or organization is required to register for NIFT Campus Placements 2022 by visiting their official website. The company will then need to register for the first time with details of the company like name of the company, company logo, Website, Nature of Business, and Annual Turnover, including all contact information. Any company that has registered before in previous years will have a valid user ID and a password and need not register again. New members will be provided credentials of a user ID and a password which will be sent to the mail ID as provided by the company in the NIFT registration form. The company then has to login using the user ID and password to fill the Job Announcement Form (JAF) online on CMS or upload a scanned copy of the filled JAF downloaded from CMS. The JAF has certain data which will be visible to all students who are interested in and eligible for appearing in campus placement. The demarcation of data is clearly indicated in the JAF. As a part of being able to work and study together, NIFT provided pre-placement offers to students via companies that come and visit the college for placements. 

Companies that absorb students in PPOs extend a job offer to students before the NIFT campus placement. Acceptance of the offer is considered a job placement. In order to provide a fair opportunity to all, such students are not allowed to participate in the campus placement. These offers may be made based on internships or training, or projects taken up by the students in the selected company.
