Overall: The campus is pretty huge and is very well maintained. It’s very clean with greenery everywhere. Admin takes good care of university property and provides us with top class services

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified in our course. They are very helpful to students. They support as well as encourage students to reduce their deficiencies. Overall: The overall college is above than average colleges. It has great faculties, nice Infrastructure, and the every department of the college has great faculties. Provide better career option in Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.

Faculty: Some of the new faculties are well enough. But some teachers take leave for 2 months and so on.I have seen this in previous 2 semester. Otherwise professor are well enough. But the problem is with academic syllabus. It is repeating from previous 15 to 30 Years.

My college experience was middling.

Overall: While the academic offerings were decent, the overall atmosphere lacked vibrancy. The campus had its charm, but social engagement felt limited. Professors are knowledgeable, but a more dynamic approach could have enhanced learning. It was an average experience, not exceptional but not disappointing either.

Faculty: The college faculty displays a mix of strengths and weaknesses. While some professors excel in engaging lectures and support, others lack clarity and enthusiasm. Inconsistencies in grading and communication create challenges for students.

Overall: Sri Venkateshwara College or Venky has a separate world in it apart from being a part of the Delhi University, You'll experience a blend of cultural harmony and a sense of family the moment you become the part of this college.

Faculty: The Faculty here is hand-picked and each faculty is equally experienced and cooperative, so the students fell free to communicate with the teacher and clear his/her dbouts.

If you want to take admission in M.Sc. Biotechnology under DU, you’ll need to apply through the official PG admission portal of DU. Admission is mostly based on the CUET PG exam scores, so you must appear for that exam and choose the relevant paper code for Biotechnology. Once the results are out, DU will release a list of participating colleges and courses with seat allotments. You’ll have to register, fill in your preferences, and then take part in the counselling process.

Note- Right now, CUET PG 2025 counselling is going on, and many universities have already started releasing their merit lists. If you appeared for CUET PG 2025, then this is the phase where you need to stay updated and take part in the counselling process. But if you didn’t give the exam this year, you’ll have to wait and prepare for CUET PG next year. So plan your preparation accordingly and keep checking the official website for updates.

Sri Venkateswara College is a top-tier DU college, so the cutoff is usually high. In previous years, the general category cutoff ranged between 650–750 (out of 800). For OBC/SC/ST/PwD, the cutoff is lower and varies yearly.

You can check the detailed cutoff reports here: Sri Venkateswara College (Venky) CUET Cutoff

Hello Monika,

To secure admission at Sri Venkateswara College, in the B.Pharma programme, a CUET UG exam score is a must. Admission is not granted on the basis of only the class 12 marks. Therefore, all candidates (Including those applying for Supernumerary seats) must take the CUET UG exam and go through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) UG, to secure admission in the B.Pharma programme.

Hope this was helpful. Feel free to ask for any more queries.
