CSIR NET Cut off determines the eligibility of candidates for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship posts. The CSIR UGC NET cutoff scores for June 2021 session were released on March 25, 2022 and the result was out on March 9, 2022. Factors Affecting CSIR NET Cutoff 2021-22

The following factors will have a big say in deciding the CSIR NET 2021 cutoff scores:

How to Check CSIR NET Cutoff 2021-22

The candidates have to follow three simple steps given below to check the CSIR NET cutoff scores:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the entrance exam, i.e.csirhrdg.res.in

Step 3: Click on the link named 'CSIR UGC NET Cutoff'.

Step 4: Save or download the cutoff list available in PDF format for further use

Important Pointers for CSIR NET Cut Off & Merit List 2021-22

The CSIR has released the following important points for the CSIR NET cut off & merit list:

  • There is no separate CSIR NET cut off 2022 for Parts A, Part B or Part C. The total marks of all three parts will be taken by the CSIR to prepare the CSIR NET merit list 2022.
  • The ranks in CSIR NET merit list 2022 are first allotted to all successful candidates qualifying for JRF as per the JRF merit list. Then the candidates are distributed between UGC and CSIR. (Except for Bachelor’s degree holders who are allotted to CSIR).
  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree are eligible for CSIR NET Fellowship only
  • There is a minimum benchmark of 33% for the General, OBC & EwS categories and 25% in respect of SC/ ST & PWD categories for both lectureships as well fellowships.
