Documents to Carry on FMGE 2025 Exam Day
You need to bring some important documents with you on the FMGE 2025 exam day. The security guards will check them at the gate. So, keep them ready in your hand. If you forget any of these, you will not be allowed to take the exam.

- Printed copy of your FMGE 2025 Admit Card
- One recent passport size color photo (You must paste it on your admit card)

Stationery Allowed at FMGE 2025 Exam Centre
The National Board of Examinations (NBEMS) follows a strict “No Stationery” rule. This is to make sure the exam is fair for everyone. You are not allowed to bring any kind of writing materials from home. Please make sure your pockets are completely empty. This will help you pass the security check quickly and without any trouble.
You cannot bring:
- Pen
- Pencil
- Eraser
- Sharpener
- Writing pad
- Or any other writing tool
Note: You don’t need to bring a calculator. A digital calculator will be available on your computer screen during the exam.
Important: During exams no rough paper or pen will be given at the centre. This is because the test is fully computer based and all work must be done on the screen.
Things Not Allowed at FMGE 2025 Exam Centre
To keep the FMGE exam safe and fair for everyone, the exam authorities have a strict list of banned items.
Important: There are no lockers at the exam centre. You cannot store bags or personal items anywhere. So, it's best to leave these things at home to avoid any trouble during the security check.

- Stationery items (Pens, pencils, paper, notes)

- Belts

- Opaque water bottles (only see through bottles are allowed)
FMGE 2025 Exam Day Guidelines
Following the official rules is very important to avoid any stress on your big day. The exam centre has strict policies for timing and conduct. Read these guidelines carefully so you know exactly what to do when you reach the FMGE exam centre.
- Reach the centre at least 2 hours before the exam starts (Reporting Time).
- Remember that entry gates close exactly 30 minutes before the test begins.
- Cooperate with the security staff during the body check (frisking).
- Complete your fingerprint scanning and photo capture (biometric) calmly.
- Sit only at the specific computer terminal assigned to your Roll Number.
- Read the 15 minute "Test Tutorial" on the screen very carefully.
- Maintain silence and do not look at other candidates' screens.
- Do not leave the exam hall until the time is fully over.
- Hand over any rough sheets or pens to the invigilator before leaving.
FMGE 2025 Dress Code
There is no school style uniform for the FMGE exam, but you must dress carefully to avoid problems during the security check (frisking). The goal is to wear simple clothes that do not trigger the metal detectors or hide anything.
- Clothes: Wear simple, comfortable clothes like T shirts or tops with trousers, jeans or leggings.
- Pockets: Avoid pants or jackets with many large pockets or deep zippers.
- Footwear: Wear open sandals, slippers or flip flops. Avoid shoes with thick soles or high boots.
- No Jewellery: Do not wear rings, earrings, nose pins, necklaces, chains or bracelets.
- No Accessories: Do not wear belts, caps, goggles or watches.
- Hair: Tie your hair simply. Avoid big hair clips or heavy hair bands.
