Admission to Gujarat ITI colleges began on April 24, 2025, and the last date to register was June 30, 2025. The Gujarat ITI provisional merit list was released on July 2, and after objections, the final merit list was declared on July 9, 2025, on the official website of the Directorate of Employment and Training (DET), Government of Gujarat, at www.itiadmission.gujarat.gov.in 2025.
The first seat allotment list was released on July 17, and selected candidates were informed about it through SMS. After the second seat allotment was released on August 7, students had time till August 12 to confirm their admissions by reporting to the colleges and paying the fees.
The authority has released a fresh set of schedule and guidelines for the third and fourth rounds of counselling, which began from August 14 onwards. Choice filling was held between August 14 to 19, 2025, for the third round of counselling

The third round seat allotment was declared on August 21, 2025, by late evening.
Selected candidates can log in to the website (or find the direct link below) and download the provisional seat allotment letters. To confirm their admission, students need to physically report to the allotted institution as per the date and time mentioned in the letters, along with the necessary documents and fees.
The college reporting and admission process will be held from August 22, at 11 am and continue till August 24, 2025.
