Eligibility Criteria for GSCCS Loan for Haryana Students

If you are applying for the loan, you must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

  • The applicant must be a student and an Indian national and must have completed Class 10 to apply for a diploma, or Class 10 and 12 to apply for higher education, like an undergraduate.
  • The student must be studying in a recognised school in Jharkhand.
  • The student must have secured admission in top institutes like IITs, IIMs, AIIMS, NITs, BITS, etc., be ranked in the top 200 overall or top 100 in the NIRF category, or have an NAAC grade of A or above.
  • The student must not be older than 40 years, must not have taken a similar loan before, and must not have a current education loan from any bank or co-operative bank for the same course.

How to Use GSCCS Loan in Haryana Universities?

An applicant must know the essential requirements while applying for the GSCCS in Haryana:

Application Process

Candidates can follow the process to apply for the GSCCS loan:

  1. Visit the official website of the GSCCS to get the application form.​
  2. Complete the registration form by entering the name, email ID, captcha, and the OTP. Log in to the website using the generated credentials.​
  3. Upload the profile photo and signature.
  4. Submit the filled form and documents to the designated authority.​
  5. The concerned authorities will verify the submitted documents and check the eligibility.
  6. The student chooses a Member Lending Institution to receive the loan.
  7. Upon approval, the dispersal of the loan amount will be processed directly to the educational institution or as per the bank's disbursement policy.
