LPU Hostel 2022

The LPU campus is around 600 acres, well equipped with all the latest facilities & infrastructure. With proper understanding of the geographically & culturally diversified students, the hostel facilities are top notch & to the par of any top university in India. Let’s take a look at the rooms & what facilities they provide:

There are three types of rooms available for students:

• Standard Rooms: students can opt for 1/2/3/4-seater option along with air conditioned or air cooler system.
• Apartments: the accommodation comes in variation of 1/2/3/4 rooms with attached washrooms. These apartments are designed in such a way that students can enjoy luxurious facilities.
• Dormitory: Students can also choose the dormitories.

All these three types are equipped with facilities like:

• Air Cooler, Bed, Study Table, Chair, Partitioned Almirah, Geyser, and Common washroom.
• Round the clock security service & CCTV surveillance, uninterrupted water & power backup, staff assistance, and medical service
• Study room, tv room, lift, fire-fighting tools, water filtration system, maintenance, wi-fi, free electricity units, and play grounds

The services mentioned below are available on payment basis:

• Mess Services, Laundry Services, Dedicated Parking, Departmental Store, Cafeteria, Saloon for Boys, Printing and copier Shops in all hostels, Guest Rooms, Car Wash Facility, Shopping Mall, and Tuck Shops.

Students must keep one important thing in mind that if a student who has opted for a 3-seater and is leaving the same for some reason or wants to move to 2/1-seater apartment, then the units per head of that 3-seater would be divided amongst the students staying there.

Students should make a note that all non-AC rooms would have air cooler installed. Plus, if a student who has opted for a 4-seater and is leaving the same for some reason or wants to move to 3/2/1-seater standard room, then the units per head of that 4-seater would be divided amongst the students staying there.

Students please make a note that all non-AC rooms would have air cooling units installed.

LPU Admission Process 2022

The LPU admissions are on the basis of scores obtained in LPUNEST & other course specific exams. Once you have successfully achieved the desired scores, the next thing to check for getting admission is meeting the eligibility criteria. There are two ways for getting admission:

1. LPU Website - https://www.lpu.in. Just click on the apply button to proceed further with the given steps
2. LPUAdmit Portal - https://admission.lpu.in. All you need to do is sign up on the portal, select your choice of course, and proceed with its application.

Through LPU Website:

• Click the Admissions button on the top
• Choose your preferred programme
• Fill in all the basic details
• Click the ‘Register’ option to complete your registration

Through LPUAdmit Portal:

• Visit Admission Portal https://admission.lpu.in
• Enter all the required details to initiate your registration
• Click on Register Now button highlighted in blue color
