MH CET Law 2024 exam is held every year to offer admission to 3-years LLB and 5-years integrated LLB courses offered by colleges and universities as well as prominent law schools situated in and around the state of Maharashtra.

The exam is quite popular amongst students who want to begin a career in the legal field. Due to the prominence of the exam, it is not very easy to clear this exam due to less number of seats and more number of students which leads to a lot of pressure and pose challenges on the interested applicants.

Due to the extensive preparation required for the exam, students sometimes forget to go through the exam, the instructions and guidelines. Following these guidelines are very essential, and missing out anything would lead to cancellation of candidature, and the entire preparation effort will go to waste.

This year, the exam is scheduled to be conducted between March 12-13, 2024 for 3-years LLB course and May 03, 2024 for 5- years LLB course. The exam conducting body has already released the exam day instructions for MH CET Law 2024.

The Legal aptitude & legal reasoning and Logical & analytical reasoning sections consist of 30 questions each. While General knowledge with current affairs contains 40 questions and the English section contains 50 questions. On the other hand, the 5-year LL.B exam consists of Legal aptitude and legal reasoning (40 questions), General knowledge with current affairs (30 questions), Maths (10 questions), English (30 questions) and Logical and analytical reasoning (40 questions).

Dear Ritika, 

Sant Kripal Singh Institute of Law offers one law course at the institute namely LLB. The LLB course is a 3 years regular course. The course curriculum is divided into 6 semesters. The per annum fee of the Bachelor of Law course at the institute is Rs 14,000 annually. If you are willing to get admission to this bachelor's degree programme then you must have secured at least 45 percent marks in class 12 from a recognised board of education.

Dear Saurabh, 

The fee structure for BA LLB at JECRC University is Rs 7,50,000 in total. You will be required to pay Rs 85,000 (semester fee + admission and alumni fee) at the time of admission. However, the subsequent semester fees will be Rs 75,000 only. 

Admission to the five-year BA LLB programme at JECRC University is based on eligibility criteria. One needs to pass Class 12 with at least 50% marks from a recognised board. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Rajasthan state OBC NCL or women category should have at least 45% marks in Class 12 to be eligible for admission. …
