CET Cell Maharashtra had released the tentative schedule of MH CET Law on its official website. As per the official notification, MH CET Law 3 yrs 2026 will be conducted on April 1 and 2, 2025 and the MH CET Law 5 yrs 2026 will be conducted on May 8, 2026.

MH CET Law 2026

MH CET Law is conducted by the CET Cell, Maharashtra, to grant admission to qualified aspirants to the offered courses, such as 3-year LLB & 5-year LLB courses in the participating colleges in the state. The authorities have released the tentative schedule of MH CET Law 2026 exam both for 3 yrs and 5 yrs on its official website. As per the official notification, MH CET Law 3 yrs 2026 will be conducted on April 1 and 2, 2025 and the MH CET Law 5 yrs 2026 will be conducted on May 8, 2026.   

MH CET Law 2026 5-Year LLB: To apply for 5-Year LLB, aspirants must have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised Board with at least 45% marks in aggregate for Open, SEBC, EWS, and OMS categories. Those from the SC and ST categories belonging to Maharashtra State must have secured 40% marks in the Senior Secondary examination.

MH CET Law 2026 3-Year LLB: Candidates from the Open, OMS, SEBC and EWS categories must have finished graduation (10+2+3-year) and/ or post-graduation (10+2+3+2/3 year) in any stream with at least 45% marks. There is a relaxation of 5% marks for those applying from the SC and ST categories from Maharashtra State.

It is very crucial to select the exam venue while filling the application form as the MH CET Law exam centre once allocated, is not changed by the authorities. You are required to check the MH CET Law exam centre on the Admit Card and appear for the same on the allocated venue.
