MH CET Law 2022: Admission forMH CET Law 2022 5-year LLB candidates per the declared institute-level merit list has started November 29 and will end on December 3, 2022. The specified colleges will confirm the admission status of the aspirants through the college login. Applicants can seek admission for the 5-year LLB programme till December 8, 2022.
For the MH CET Law 3-year LLB, web options registration for the institute-level counselling round has started from November 29, 2022. Aspirants can fill their online choices till December 3, 2022, by 11.59 PM. Candidates must follow the instructions carefully before option filling / editing / deleting.
After the conclusion of the online option filling process for 3-year LLB, colleges will generate the ACAP merit list online on December 5, 2022. Students can access the merit list on the notice board of the institutes, the institute’s website or on the CAP portal on the same day.
As per the institute-round merit list for 3-year LLB, applicants will seek admission from December 5 - December 7, 2022. The cutoff date for admission for 3-year LLB is December 10, 2022.
The merit list for the management quota and seats for ACAP round for 5-year LLB was declared on November 28, 2022 after 3 PM. The conducting authorities has also provided the vacant seats and filled seats information for MH CET Law 2022 3-year LLB CAP Round 2 on November 28, 2022.

Meanwhile, the application form filling / form editing / choice filling process for 5-year LLB for the institution-level round started on November 23, 2022 and ended on November 26, 2022 at 11:59 PM.
The State CET Cell announced the MH CET Law 2022 3-year LLB final merit list for MS and OMS aspirants on November 18, 2022 which was followed by the allocation for Round 2 on November 22, 2022.
Round 2 allocation for 3-year LLB which was supposed to be out on November 21, 2022 was revised due to an error in the process by one of the participating colleges and the new allocation was published on November 22, 2022.

On November 15, the official website published the MH CET Law 3-Year LLB Alphabetical Merit List 2022 for CAP Round 2. The merit list for applicants from the MS, OMS, J&K, and NRI categories was issued.

The Round 2 final merit list for 5-Year LLB was released on November 10, 2022 while the Round 2 allocation was out on November 14. Candidate reporting to institutions for seeking Round 2 admissions was held from November 15 - November 18, 2022.
The institute-level registration and choice filling round for ACAP seats for MH CET Law 2022 5-Year LLB will be held from November 23 - November 26, 2022.

Earlier, the candidate registration for Round 2 for 5-year LLB ended on October 31, 2022. The provisional alphabetical merit list for CAP Round 2 was published on November 3, 2022. Grievance resolving with regards to the provisional alphabetical merit list of Round 2 was valid from November 3, 2022 till November 7, 2022. During this window, applicants could edit the application form and submit the required documents through their login if necessary.
The college choices and preferences that were submitted during Round I will not be taken into consideration during Round 2.
The updated final merit list of MH CET Law 2022 for J&K migrant category and OMS category aspirants for Round 1 was published on October 18, 2022 for 3-year LLB. The CAP admission schedule also has been updated by the conducting authority for both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB.
The State Cell of Maharashtra published the Alphabetical Merit list for 3-year LLB for Round 1 on October 15, 2022. The notice for CAP Round 1 for 5-year LLB was published on October 15, 2022 mentioning the guidelines regarding the aspirants who have secured colleges of their first priority. The notification also cites the regulations about the Freezing option.
The final merit list was declared for MS / OMS / JK aspirants for Round 1 of 5-year LLB on October 13, 2022. Prior to that, the State CET Cell published the alphabetical provisional merit list for 5-year LLB on October 10, 2022. The merit list was released for MS / OMS / JK / NRI applicants of the 1st Round.
The State CET Cell, Maharashtra notified the counselling process schedule for both the 3-year and 5-year LLB. The CET Cell provided the Provisional Category Wise seats (seat matrix) for 3-year LLB on September 29, 2022 while the information regarding the seat matrix for CAP Round 1 for the 5-year LLB was provided on September 25, 2022.
MH CET Law 2022 result for 3 Year LL.B was released on September 12, 2022, at 6:00 pm. The Maharashtra State CET Cell declared the MH CET Law 5-year LLB result on September 11, 2022. The result of the MH CET law 2022 for the 5-year LLB was published at 5:00 pm. The MH CET Law 2022 scorecards for 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB are made accessible to the candidates shortly after the result announcement via the scorecard link on the official portal.

The Re-examination of MH CET Law 2022 for selected aspirants who could not complete or attend the exam due to technical issues, shut downs etc., was conducted on August 27, 2022 at the chosen exam centres by the Maharashtra CET.
Candidates who registered for Re-Examination but did not choose to participate will have their previous attempt considered for CET Score and will not be required to appear for CET Re-Examination. Candidates taking the Re-Examination should be aware that if they are taking the Second Chance (Re-Examination), their first attempt will be invalidated and their 2nd attempt via re-test will be counted for scoring.
Applicants who took the re-examination are regarded to have accepted this term and condition of a second chance. The official notification also stated that aspirants will be ineligible for any future legal action against the State CET Cell, Mumbai.
The admit cards for the re-test exam were made available for download from August 25, 2022 onwards.
As per the previous official notice, the State CET Cell had identified four categories of candidates who were eligible for the re-examination application -
- Applicants who had multiple log outs
- Candidates who did not get slotted duration to complete the exam due to shut downs and log outs.
- Students who had to face three or more shut downs and logouts.
- Candidates who reported to the centre with their admit cards but could not attempt the exam due to technical problems.
Aspirants who had applied for re-examination with the below link within the scheduled window were considered for re-appearing for the test.
For instance, the LLB-3 Years Online Examination planned for August 3, 2022 morning session could not be conducted in one of the centres. Due to technical difficulties in the network system, several applicants were unable to complete their exams.
Around 200 students scheduled to take their 3-year LLB Common Entrance Test (CET) were unable to do so due to technical challenges with the server at the centre in Kasarvadavli, Thane.
On August 2, 2022, the Maharashtra State CET Cell hosted the MH CET law 2022 for 5-year LLB. The exam was split into two parts: morning and afternoon for both the 5-year LLB and the 3-year LLB. The morning session began at 7:30 a.m., while the afternoon session began at 12:30 p.m.
According to exam experts and the majority of test-takers, the overall difficulty level of the exam was pretty easy for the 5 year LLB for both the shifts.
The MH CET Law for 3-year LLB was conducted over two days - August 3, and August 4, 2022. The overall difficulty level for the 3-year LLB was easy to moderate for the 3-year LLB for both the slots held across two days.

MH CET Law 2022 hall ticket for 5- Year LL.B was released on July 23 2022, and the 3 Year LL.B hall ticket on July 24,2022. Candidates could download the hall tickets from the official website of the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra. The exam dates of MH CET Law 2022 were revised once more and the application deadline was extended for the third time for both 3 Year LLB and 5 Year LLB courses.
The application process for 5 Year LLB started on March 19 and ended on June 22, 2022. For 3 Year LLB, the registration began on March 24 and continued until June 22, 2022.
The MH CET Law application form is released separately for the 5-year integrated LLB and for the 3-year LLB courses. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria of the Maharashtra Law CET 2022 before applying for the exam. If a candidate is found to be ineligible for the exam, he/she will not be allowed to appear for it.
