Instructions for Photographs

• Before applying, ensure you have 6 to 8 passport-sized colour photos with a white background.
• Make sure the scanned image is clear, showing 80% of your face (without a mask), including your ears, against a white backdrop.
• Photos created with Polaroid or computer software will not be accepted.
• Avoid wearing caps or goggles in the photo. Your face (without a mask) should cover 80% of the image against a white background.
• Wearing spectacles is fine if you use them regularly.

Instructions for Signature 

• When filling out the Online Application Form, provide your full signature in cursive handwriting in the designated box.
• Writing your full name in capital letters will not be considered a signature, and your application will be rejected.
• Unsigned Online Application Forms will also not be accepted.
• Sign your full name on white paper using a blue or black ink pen, then scan it for uploading.
