The NEIGRIHMS 2025 BSc Nursing merit list has been released officially on August 4, 2025. The list of eligible students has been shortlisted based on the NEET 2025 Exam statistics. The NEIGRIHMS has also released the official NEET 2025 cutoff to be eligible for participation in the counselling process. Students who secured a NEET score of 375 and above will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. The admission counselling will be held on August 8, 2025, at 9 AM in the College of Nursing, NEIGRIHMS. The NEIGRIHMS 2025 application process was live from June 25 to July 21, 2025.

The NEIGRIHMS (North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health & Medical Sciences) is a national-level entrance examination for UG MBBS and MD or MS courses that are recognized by the MCI (Medical Council of India). The exam offers programs in nursing and related professions. The NEIGRIHMS, Shillong, is an autonomous government Institute with a distinction in Medical Education & Human Resource Development. The NEIGRIHMS BSc Nursing exam is conducted for seats that are available to applicants only from eight Northeastern states, including Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura.
