NTA has released the new exam pattern for NEET 2021. As per the latest update on NEET 2021 exam pattern, there will be two sections – A and B – in each subject in NEET 2021. Section A will consist of 35 Questions and Section B will have 15 questions, out of these 15 Questions, candidates can choose to attempt any 10 Questions. So, the total number of questions and utilization of time will remain the same.
NEET 2021 exam is conducted in offline mode i.e. The mode of the NEET entrance exam is Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) based.
By knowing the exam pattern and syllabus of NEET 2021 well in advance, NEET aspirants will get a thorough understanding of the nature of questions that will be asked in the exam, the weightage of each section, the duration of the exam, number of questions.

There has been changes in the exam pattern of NEET 2021. The detailed NEET 2021 exam pattern can be checked below -
The total duration of the test is 3 hours.
The Test pattern of NEET (UG)-2021 comprises two Sections.
Each subject will consist of two sections.
There will be multiple-type of questions in the exam.
Section A will consist of 35 Questions and Section B will have 15 questions, out of these 15 Questions, candidates can choose to attempt any 10 Questions
The total number of questions remain the same i.e. 180
Candidates will have to fill their responses online.
There will be negative marking for wrong responses. For each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted and for each correct response, 4 marks will be awarded to the candidates.
NEET 2021 question paper will be now in 13 languages Gujarati, Hindi, Tamil, English, Marathi, Bengali, Assamese, Urdu, Oriya, Kannada and Telugu medium.
