Odisha BSc Agriculture Admission 2025 is based on the OUAT entrance exam. The OUAT 2025 Exam for UG courses was conducted on June 2, and the answer key was released on June 21. OUAT UG Results are expected to be released by July 5, 2025.

Applicants to successfully clear the OUAT exam are eligible to apply to various BSc Agriculture colleges in Odisha. To be eligible for the agriculture admissions, candidates must have passed Class 12 in PCM or PCB from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.   • Candidates must select and prioritize colleges/courses from the available list.
  • Options usually include B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Sc. Forestry, B.Sc. Horticulture, B.Sc. Fisheries, B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering), etc.
  • Once satisfied, candidates must lock their choices.
  • No modification is allowed after locking.

Seat Allotment

  • Based on rank, category, reservation policy, and availability of seats, OUAT releases the seat allotment result.
  • Allotment is published online in candidate login.
  • Candidates can accept the seat or participate in further rounds.

  • After seat allotment, candidates must pay the admission fee online within the given time.

Document Verification

  • After verification, candidates must report to the allotted college within the given schedule.
  • They must complete admission formalities like hostel allotment, biometric verification, and academic registration.

Odisha BSc Agriculture Seat Allotment Process 2025

The allocation of seats into various BSc agriculture colleges of Odisha through the OUAT seat allotment process is done based on the -

Candidates willing to upgrade their seats can pay the seat allocation fee once they are allocated a seat of their desire but those who are satisfied with their allocation must pay the allocation fee immediately. The steps to check the allocation and payment of the seat allocation fee have been provided in the following table -

Seat Upgradation - Candidates not satisfied with their allocated seats can opt for this process where they do not have to pay the allocation fee and wait until the declaration of the subsequent round of seat allotment results. If a higher seat is allocated in the subsequent round then the previous allotment is automatically cancelled. Candidates applying for the “upgradation” process must download the upgradation letter and wait for the declaration of the next round of seat allotment results.
