The students whose names appear on the merit list will be eligible to participate in the Rajasthan M.Sc Nursing counselling process. The Rajasthan M.Sc Nursing Counselling is mainly divided into three sections- Choice Filling, Seat Allotment, and Reporting.

Step 1:- Choice Filling

• Students who have appeared in the entrance exam will be eligible for Choice filling

• In order to fill up the choices, the students need to use their login credentials (Provided at the time of application form)

• After logging, the students need to find the option ‘Download Challan’ and ‘Challan Entry/Upload’ buttons.

• Click on the Download Challan option

• Take the printout the Challan and fill it

• After filling out the Challan, the students need to submit the challan along with Rs 10,000/- at any branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce

• In order to participate in the counselling process, the student need to pay Rs 10,000/-

• Before submitting the students need to take a scanned image of Challan

• After Submitting the challan the students need to log in again and Click on ‘Challan Entry/Upload’ Option

• After that, the student needs to provide Fee Deposition Date, Branch Name, Branch Code, Bank Transaction Id (written by Bank Officer on Challan)

• After providing all the details the students now need to upload the scanned image of Challan by clicking on ‘Upload Challan’ button

• After the successful upload of Fee Challan, the applicant will be able to see the 'Manage Choices' button

• By pressing the 'Manage Choices' button, students will be able to fill in as many choices as they wish (Colleges, Course, Branch Preference) from the list of choices available.

Step 2:- Seat Allotment

The allocation of seats will be based on a 100 point lineup based on students' merit score, category, and seat allotment rules of RUHS and choices filled by the student.

Step 3:- Reporting

The students will need to report to the allotted institute in the given time duration along with the list of important documents for verification.
