The selection process of Ravenshaw University for UG admission 2024 is as follows

• Admissions will be made on the basis of merit in Class- XII or Plus 2 examination marks.
• The University considers only aggregate scores of the qualifying examination without extra optional papers.
• Candidates who fail to attend the counselling process will not be eligible for admission.
• In case of a tiebreak in the percentage of marks secured by both the candidates, the percentage of marks in the English Subject will determine the admission.
• If the same candidates have scored equal marks in even English subject, then MIL will determine the admission and position of the candidate in the merit list.
• Initially, the University released the First Selection List along with the important dates for the admissions after the conclusion of the application form approximately after 5 days.
• Candidates, whose names are in the first selected list, will be called for certificate verification and counselling.
• Candidates must appear for certificate verification and counselling process.
• Subsequently, the final rank list will be prepared by the university and published on the official website.
• Then, the candidates whose names are given in the final rank list must proceed with the admission process by carrying all the original certificates and photocopy of the application form.
• If the candidates fail to submit the required documents on the specified dates of counselling or fail to attend for the counselling process, their admission shall be forfeited.
• Candidates cannot claim admission to the university as a right because the varsity has the authority to refuse admission to any candidates without stating the reason. The admission committee holds the ultimate decision in admitting the candidate into the University.
