If you want to apply for the SSC Delhi Police Head Constable exam 2025, the first step is to do the One-Time Registration (or OTR) on the SSC official website. You need to go to the new website of the Commission https://ssc.gov.in and click on the ‘Register Now’ link, which is available under the Login or Register section.
Now, let’s understand the step-by-step process for filling the SSC Delhi Police Head Constable application form 2025:
- You will be asked to enter some important details (like Aadhaar Number, Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, etc.) twice to confirm and avoid mistakes. If there is any mismatch between the two fields, it will be shown in red text and not accepted.

Aadhaar Number: You must provide your Aadhaar Number. If you don’t have Aadhaar, then you need to upload some documents like:
- Proof of Name: Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License, Govt. ID, Pension Document
- Proof of Date of Birth: Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Certificate of DOB issued by a Gazetted Officer
- Proof of Address: Voter ID, Driving License, Bank Statement with photo, Rent Agreement, IT Assessment Order
- Photograph
- Proof of Gender: Voter ID, Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate
- Name: Write your name exactly as it is in your 10th class (Matriculation) Certificate.
- Name Change: If you changed your name after the 10th class, mention it properly in columns 3a and 3b.
- Gender: Select your gender (Male/Female).
- Date of Birth: Write your DOB exactly as in your 10th certificate.
- Father’s & Mother’s Name: Fill your father’s name and mother’s name exactly as in your Matriculation Certificate.

- Name of Board
- Roll Number
- Year of Passing
- Educational Qualification: Mention your highest qualification.
- Mobile Number: Enter a working mobile number. This is very important because you will get an OTP on this number, and SSC/Delhi Police will send all updates here. It will also help if you forget your password.
- Email ID: Enter a valid email ID. It will also be verified through OTP. SSC/Delhi Police will also send all exam-related information to this ID. It will be used for retrieving the password/registration number if required.
- Once you save the basic details, you will be asked to confirm your mobile number and email ID. After confirmation, your Registration Number will appear on the screen, and the same Registration Number and Password will also be sent to your mobile number and email ID.
- You must complete your registration process within 14 days; otherwise, your saved details will be deleted.
- Use the Registration Number and password received to log in. On your first login, you must change your password. After changing, log in again with your Registration Number and new password.
- You can edit the ‘Basic Details’ if required, or click ‘Next’ to continue with registration.
After saving all information, you should take a draft printout and carefully check everything before submitting. At last, read the Declaration carefully. If you agree, click on ‘I Agree’. After this, OTPs will be sent to your mobile and email. Enter one OTP in the given box to complete the registration process of the Delhi Police Head Constable exam 2025.
SSC Delhi Police Head Constable Exam 2025: Application Fee
The fee payable for the SSC Delhi Police Head Constable Exam 2025 is Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only). However, not everyone has to pay this fee. Women candidates, as well as those who belong to the reserved categories such as SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen who are eligible for reservation, are fully exempted from paying the fee. For those who need to pay the fee, the payment can be made only in online mode, using BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or by using Debit Cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or RuPay.
