CPGET Entrance Exam is also known as the Telangana State Common Post Graduate Entrance Exam (TS CPGET). It is conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad to give admission to various postgraduate courses offered by universities in the state of Telangana in the form of various postgraduate courses. A variety of courses are offered by the university, such as M.Sc, MA, M.Com, M.Ed, MSW, M.Tech, M.Pharma, and other PG diploma courses. Multiple-choice questions are asked in this two-hour exam.

Documents Required For CPGET Counselling 2024
The centralised certificate verification will be done only at the Office of the Directorate of Admissions, Osmania University. The candidates are required to carry the following original certificates and two sets of photocopies:
- CPGET 2024 Rank Card
- CPGET 2024 Hall Ticket
- Transfer certificate (TC)
- Original Certificate or provisional certificate
- Marksheets (10th Onwards)
- Proof of Local/Non-Local status of the candidates.
- Community Certificate for SC, ST and BC candidates issued by MRO / Tahsildar.
- Income certificate from relevant authority wherever necessary issued by MRO/Tahsildar.
- Relevant original certificates for NCC/NSS/Sports, Widow/Children of Armed personnel (CAP), Physically Handicapped and Teacher and Laboratory Assistant categories.
TS CPGET Web Options
The web option entry window for TS CPGET counselling 2024 will be conducted between October 1 to October 4, 2024. Candidates can browse through various college options and select the ones that align with their academic endeavours. The university will provide a second chance to candidates to edit their option entry in case they change their preferences. Candidates appearing for the second round of TS CPGET counselling 2024 must make amendments to their choices by October 5, 2024. Any further editing won't be allowed and candidates will be allotted seats based on their choices.
Steps to Fill Web Options for TS CPGET Counselling 2024
The candidates can follow the given steps to fill the TS CPGET web counselling 2024:

- To log in, you will need your registration number, date of birth, and password.
- Screens will display college and course information.
- Make your choice of colleges and courses based on your preferences. Allocate priority numbers to each college and course (e.g. 1, 2, 3, etc.).
- Make sure you lock your choices before the last date, or the last filled choices will be automatically locked.
TS CPGET Counselling 2024 Qualifying Marks
As part of the CPGET counselling process , the exam conducting body does not provide any minimum qualifying marks for aspirants belonging to SC and ST categories for CPGET counselling 2024. Notably, there is no cut-off for aspirants of the category mentioned above to qualify in the CPGET 2024 merit list.
TS CPGET Participating Universities
The TS CPGET 2024 does not require candidates to register separately for each university to be admitted. TS CPGET participating colleges will hold a common counselling process in 2024 for PG admission, and candidates will need to participate. Candidates must know the participating colleges for TS CPGET 2024 before registering for counselling.
