Yes, you are eligible to apply at LPU with your Diploma in Electrical Engineering (81%), but since you have not given Class 12 exams, your admission will be considered under the diploma-based/lateral entry route for engineering programs (if applicable). LPUNEST is not always compulsory for admission, but it is generally required for scholarship consideration and may also be needed depending on the admission category, so it is recommended to appear for it. With your good diploma percentage, you are also eligible to be considered for merit-based scholarship benefits as per the university’s current policy.

Yes, LPU offers a good option for M.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Admission can be through GATE score or university eligibility criteria, and a score like 365 can support admission consideration depending on category and seat availability. The program includes advanced study in power systems, control systems, electrical machines, and related core areas, along with well-equipped labs and project-based learning. Students also get exposure through technical workshops, industry interaction, and research-oriented projects, which help in building practical skills. Overall, LPU provides a structured academic environment focused on strengthening both theoretical knowledge and practical understanding in Electrical Engineering.
