IIT Mandi B.Tech admissions are conducted through JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams. First, candidates must qualify for JEE Main exam and after qualifying for JEE Main, candidates are eligible for JEE Advanced exam. The final selection to IIT Mandi is based on JEE Advanced Final rank followed by JoSAA Counselling. Candidates who have cleared JEE Advanced exam and want to secure a seat at IIT Mandi must register themselves through the portal of JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority). For admission to the B.Tech programmes, candidates need to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria as per the seat allocation of the programme. The total intake of the B.Tech programme is approximately 320 seats.

JEE Advanced 2026 response sheet has been released. Candidates can download it from the official website, jeeadv.ac.in, by logging in using their registration number, date of birth, and registered mobile number.
COAP 2026 Round 1 offers have been released. Candidates who registered for COAP Counselling 2026 can now check their offers by visiting the official COAP 2026 portal at coap2026.iitr.ac.in. The last date to submit the decision for the Round 1 seat allotment offer is May 13, 2026, while the deadline to pay the admission fee is May 15, 2026.
JEE Advanced 2026 admit card has been released. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website at jeeadv.ac.in. The JEE Advanced 2026 entrance examination is scheduled to be conducted on May 17, 2026.
IIT Mandi Admission 2026
IIT Mandi admission 2024 is JEE Advanced is used to determine eligibility for B.Tech admission at IIT Mandi; students must pass JEE Main in order to be considered. The results of JEE Main Session 1 will be announced on February 12, 2024, and registration for JEE Main Session 2 is currently open. - IIT Mandi will accept the JAM 2023 scores for admission to its M.Sc programme in Chemistry, Applied Mathematics, and, Physics.
- The Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) will be conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati) in 2023.
- The exam will be conducted in 7 subjects including Biotechnology, Chemistry, Economics, Geology, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics, and, Physics.
- The exam will be held in a Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
- While the JAM 2023 syllabus would vary as per the subject opted for, the question type would be objective. The objective type questions will be further divided into three types of questions, namely, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and, Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions.
- Aspiring candidates can appear for either one or two papers.
- The JAM 2023 exam would provide admission to more than 3000 seats in PG courses of various IITs including IIT Mandi.
- The JAM 2023 admit card will be issued on January 10, 2023. The JAM 2023 exam will be held on February 12, 2023. The JAM 2023 results will be declared on March 22, 2023.
