GCET Jammu Admission Latest Update

The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 admit card is likely to be released between January 18 and 19, 2026. Registered candidates will be able to download the hall ticket from the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, by logging in with their credentials. The exam city intimation slip is expected to be issued in the first week of January 2026.

The Maharashtra CET Cell is expected to increase the MHT CET 2026 application fee by ₹150–₹250 for around 19 entrance exams. Earlier, the fee structure was ₹500–₹600 for offline tests and ₹800–₹1,000 for online exams. The registration process for MHT CET 2026 is likely to begin in the last week of December 2025.

The JEE Main 2026 exam date and allotted exam city are set to be released in the first week of January through the advanced city intimation slip on jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can download the slip using their application number and password.

GCET Jammu B.Tech Admission

 Admission to the Ist Semester of 4 year B.E Degree Course shall open to such candidates as have passed 12 years examination under 10+2 Scheme with English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (Science Group) from J&K Board of School Education or any other examination conducted by a University/State Board of Secondary Education recognized as equivalent thereto with not less than 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination in respect of open category and 40% marks in aggregate in respect of SC/ST categories. 

     The admission shall be made on the basis of a common Entrance Test conducted by the Board of Professional Entrance Examination of the State Government for the purpose. 

     Admission made by the College shall remain provisional till such time the eligibility of the candidates admitted is approved by the University.
