The National Institutional Ranking Framework released the NIRF rankings for the year 2025 on September 4, on the official website, nirfindia.org. In the overall category, 17 Indian Institue of Technology (s) have made it to the list of top IIT colleges; IIT Roorkee moved up to 7th position, and IIT Indore moved up 6 places from 33rd to 27th position this year. IIT Placements 2024-25: IIT Placements for the year 2024-2025 have been conducted in two phases for all the IITs. Usually, the first phase began around December and the second phase from February to May. IIT Bombay reported an average package of approximately INR 36.9 LPA, with sectors like technology, finance, and consulting dominating recruitment. IIT Indore recorded an average salary of around INR 23.50 LPA, with top-performing BTech branches like Computer Science Engineering and Electrical Engineering having the highest averages. IIT Kharagpur recorded a Domestic Highest Package of INR 1 Crore with top recruiters like  Apple, Texas Instruments, Goldman Sachs, Uber, and Schlumberger. IIT Delhi is recorded to have offered the highest package of INR 1 Crore Per Annum at the domestic level, with more than 50 offers above INR 1 crore. Some of the top recruiters of the Top IITs in India are Microsoft, Google, Apple, Schlumberger, Qualcomm, Amazon, Flipkart, ISRO, American Express, Boston Consulting Group, Intel, etc. 

IIT Madras to offer Scholarships to JEE Advanced Qualifiers: As JEE Advanced 2025 results are now declared, the race for admission into the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) has officially begun. For many students from low-income families, the cost of pursuing a BTech degree at a top-tier institute remains a significant challenge. In response, IIT Madras has launched a series of scholarship schemes to support meritorious students from economically weaker sections.

IIT Madras B.Tech CSE JEE Advanced Cutoff 2025: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has released the IIT Madras JEE Advanced 2025 cutoff for round 1 in online mode after round 1 of JEE Advanced Seat Allotment. After every round of seat distribution, the IIT Madras B.Tech CSE JEE Advanced Cutoff 2025 will  be released. GATE CSE, or the GATE Computer Science (CS), is one of the most popular papers that students tend to opt. The GATE 2025 result has been released.
