The JoSAA Seat Allotment Round 1 2026 will be conducted on June 13, 2026, with students required to complete online reporting, document upload, and fee payment by 17:00, June 26, 2026. The second round of seat allotment will happen on June 30, 2026, followed by the third round on July 6, 2026. The fourth round will take place on July 10, 2026, and the last round will take place on July 16, 2026. Students will be required to complete fee payment and respond to any queries within the specified timelines for each round. Students will be able to lock their preferences before the deadline, after which choices will be auto-locked based on the last saved order. IIT Madras 2026:  In a major boost to interdisciplinary studies, IIT Madras has officially inaugurated the Centre for Advanced Research on Spirituality, Science, and Society (CARSSS). IIT Placements 2025-26: IIT Placements for the year 2025-26 will be conducted in two phases for all IITs, with the first phase typically beginning in December and the second phase running from February to May. IIT Delhi recorded a domestic highest package of INR 1 Crore Per Annum, with more than 50 offers exceeding INR 1 Crore during Phase 1. Outside MP Students can also get Admission Through DTE MP Polytechnic Counselling 2026, however, with a few restrictions. For DTE MP Polytechnic, around 85% seats are reserved for the state quota. The remaining seats are available for students from other states under the unreserved/open category. You can apply for the open seats if you are from outside MP through the official DTE MP Online Portal. Candidates do not need any credentials for downloading the merit list PDF, which will consist of the details like name of the candidates, their categories and roll numbers, ranks, and domicile status. The mode of checking the DTE MP Polytechnic merit list 2026 is online only; the authority will not send any notification regarding the release of the merit list. Hence, the candidates are advised to keep refreshing the official website.

JoSAA Counselling Registration 2026 Begins: Candidates who have qualified for the JEE Main and/or JEE Advanced exams and want to pursue their B.Tech. should participate in the JoSAA counselling process. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority has been started the JoSAA counselling registration process 2026 today, June 2, 2026. To participate in the counselling registration process, candidates should visit the official website at josaa.nic.in and log in using their JEE Main application number and password. The interested candidates should complete their JoSAA online registration on or before June 11, 2026 (till 5 PM). Immediately after successful registration, the candidates can fill out their choices, and they should enter the maximum number of choices in their preferred order. Since the authority will release the round 1 and round 2 JoSAA mock allotment results on June 8 and June 10, 2026, respectively, it is advised to complete the online registration and fill in the choices before that.

For JoSAA Choice Filling 2026, those who have passed JEE Main 2026 will need to register using their JEE Main 2026 registration number and password. Similarly, candidates who have passed JEE Advanced 2026 must enter their registration number and JEE Advanced 2026 password to register for counselling. Candidates must fill out their preferences for the institutes and courses they wish to enrol in after completing the JoSAA 2026 registration process. Only those candidates who register and fill out their choices for the JoSAA counselling 2026 within the stipulated period will be considered for a seat.
