Academic Eligibility	Must be enrolled in a Government-approved ITI institute in Assam. Must be pursuing a valid trade/course recognized by the Assam Government.
Income Criteria	The applicant’s family income from all sources should not exceed INR 2.5 lakh per annum. Proof of income through valid income certificate is mandatory.
Domicile Requirement	Applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam. Proper address proof is required.
Bank Account Requirement	Applicant must have an individual bank account in their own name (No joint accounts). Payment will only be processed via DBT (direct bank transfer)
