Types of Commerce Courses After 10th

After completing Class 10th, colleges/ universities offer three different types of commerce courses:-

  • Professional Courses: The student can pursue a number of professional courses after class 10th. They can prepare for these courses while in school and in college and finish the courses along with their graduation. The duration of these courses is usually 3-6 Years. For example, if you choose a CA course, the duration of the course is 6.5 Years. 

  • Undergraduate Courses: A student can choose from a variety of bachelor's degree programs in commerce. All of the commerce courses are designed to help students gain the skills and knowledge needed in each profession. The duration of these courses is usually 3 years such as B.Com, BBA, BMS, BHM etc

Which Commerce Course should I choose after Class 10th

If this occurs, you can always seek help from your instructors, school counselors, parents, and older siblings or seniors at your school. These people are knowledgeable and have been through similar traumas. Allow them to talk about their experiences. You never know how useful that may be to you. You can also take field visits to workplaces that are relevant to your career goals. B.A (Hons.) Business Economics/ B.Com.(with specialization in Business Economics)

  • Passed 10+2 with English & Mathematics as main subjects.

  • And have secured at least 55% in class 12th exams.

Business Economics Colleges in India

Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (BAF)

  • Passed 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board.

  • And have secured a minimum of 50% marks in the class 12th exam. In addition, candidates must have studied Accounts & Finance in Class 12th.

Maharani Lal Kunwari P.G. College, located at Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh, offers a three year long Bachelor of Arts (B.A) programme. The B.A course has a total of 10 specialisations. These include Economics, English, Geography, Hindi, History, Psychology, Sanskrit, Sociology, Urdu and Political Science. The course is delivered in regular mode, that is on campus. The total annual fee for BCA at JECRC University is Rs 1,40,000 to be paid at the time of admission. The subsequent semester fee is Rs 70,000. Moreover, the eligibility criteria for admission to JECRC University BCA programme is to pass Class 12 with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognised board.
