Educational Qualifications

  • Passing 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.​
  • Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) as core subjects along with English.

Minimum Marks

  • 45% to 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination for the General category
  • 40% marks in PCB and English combined for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC)

Age Limit

  • Your minimum age must be 17 years on 31st December of the year of admission.
  • The upper age limit is 35 years for maximum colleges.
  • 5 years relaxation on the upper age limit is provided to SC, ST, OBC, EWS candidates, and Persons with Disability.

Nationality & Residency

  • It is mandatory for you to be a citizen of India.
  • For state quota seats in government colleges, you must be permanent residents/domiciles of the relevant northeastern state (like Assam, Meghalaya, etc.).

Documents Required for BSc Nursing in Northeast India

You must furnish the following documents while applying for admission to BSc Nursing in Northeast India:
