Photograph and Signature Dimensions for SEED 2026 Application Form

The Students applying for B.Des admission at SID for the academic year 2026 will have to upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature in the form. SID Pune has set certain parameters for uploading these documents so as to avoid technical glitches and maintain uniformity across all applications. Instructions for Uploading Documents on SEED 2026 Application Form

All applicants must follow the instructions given below while uploading their scanned documents to the Symbiosis B.Des 2026 application form.

For the Photograph:

• The photograph must only be passport-sized.
• It is mandatory for the photo to be recent and it should not be taken more than 3 months before.
• It is compulsory for the photo to be taken against a white or light coloured background.
• Students wearing spectacles must ensure that there are no reflections on the lenses and their eyes are clearly visible.
• It is not allowed to wear any informal ornament like a hat, cap, sunglasses, etc. in the photo.
• Religious headwear is allowed as long as it does not cover the applicant's face.

For the Signature:

• The applicant must put his/ her signature in black ink on white paper and then scan it for uploading.
• Only the signed area has to be scanned and not the entire paper.
• The paper must be blank and wrinkle-free and it should not have any lines.
• The signature uploaded by the applicant will be mentioned on their admit card.
• The uploaded signature must match the Student's signature in further rounds of the exam and admission process.

• Students should keep the required documents ready before initiating the application process. All the details should be filled in correctly to avoid any reason for rejection of the form.
• Secondly, keep photograph, signature and other documents in the suggested format and size.
