As per the past year trends, admission to 95% of seats will be made on the basis of the marks secured by the candidates in the GUJCET Exam, while admission to the other 5% will be made based on the NEET Exam score. Gujarat D.Pharm Application Process 2025

The applications for the Gujarat D.Pharm admissions shall be filled in online mode. Here are the steps you need to follow in order to fill the Gujarat D.Pharm application form for the 2025 academic year.

Registration Process

• Visit the official website i.e. https://gujacpc.nic.in/

• Click on “Common Registration for ACPC”

• The registration window will appear on the screen

• Click on “New Candidate Registration”

• Enter your name, Mobile number, e-mail address etc

• For mobile number verification, OTP will be sent to the registered number which you have provided.

• After verifying the OTP, You will receive an SMS confirmation for the creation of a User Profile with ID.

Form Filling

• Candidates need to fill up the application form by entering all their personal details, addresses and contact information

• Candidates also need to enter their educational details with requisite documents such as Month and passing year, Qualifying exam state, School index No, SID no., and Seat No. and School Name

Upload the required documents

• After filling out the application form candidates need to upload the required documents, photograph, and signature

Registration Fee

• After uploading the documents candidates need to pay the registration fees (non-refundable) of INR 300/- through online mode only

• Review the filled in particulars carefully.

• If you would like to change any particulars entered, you may do so by pressing the ‘EDIT’ button or press SUBMIT button for final submission.

Gujarat D.Pharm Merit List 2025

After the registration process, ACPC will issue a merit list for the eligible candidates. Qualified candidate must verify their ranking and category as mentioned in registration details. After the announcement of the merit list, the choice filling will begin online. To secure admission, candidates are advised to fill the maximum number of choices available.

Gujarat D.Pharm Counselling Process 2025

• Prior to participating in the D.Pharm counselling process, each candidate will have to register themselves on the official website by using their User Id and Password

• After login candidates need to click on the D.Pharm course and fill up the application form.

• The first round for counselling will be the mock counselling round, in which the candidate can fill all of the available choices based on their merit ranking.

• In the choice filling, there is no maximum limit to enter your choice.

• After the choice filling, ACPC will allot seats based on their merit alone and choices given by the candidate.

• If an applicant wishes to confirm admission, he must pay the token fee through online mode.

• It is mandatory to get an admission slip online after paying the token fee to confirm the admission allotted.

• Candidates who have been allotted a seat must then download the admission slip which will be available after paying the token fee, it is mandatory to get an admission slip online to confirm the admission.

• The candidates must then report to the respective colleges on the specified date and time with the documents for the verification process.
