The candidates who meet the following eligibility criteria can apply for the B.Pharm Lateral Entry admissions in Haryana.

  • Candidates need to secure a D.Pharm degree with the minimum required percentage. 

  • The degree must have been awarded by a recognized institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India.

Haryana B.Pharm Lateral Entry Application Process 2021

The application form for B.Pharm Lateral Entry admission in Haryana can be filled from the official website of Haryana State Technical Education (HSTE) i.e

The steps for Filling Haryana B.Pharm Lateral entry is shown below:-

  • Applicants need to first register themselves from the official website of HSTE.

  • And then filling the Haryana B.Pharm Lateral Entry Application Form

  • While filling the application form candidates are advised to opt for B. Pharm Lateral Entry Course

  • After filling up the application the applicant needs to upload their photograph & signature in JPG format with the maximum size of 30 KB.

  •  at the time of online registration,  candidates must also submit their Aadhaar Number (or Enrolment No.) as per the government 

  • After that candidates need to upload the relevant documents asked in the application form. The Documents uploaded on the application form should be in a readable form. While uploading, candidates must also check the clarity of documents.

  • Once all documents are uploaded, candidates must select the Designated Center while filling out the Online Application Form for Online Verification & Confirmation of their Online Filled Application Form.

  • A candidate can check and edit his / her registration details before submitting the online application form.

  • The candidates should note down the unique application number which will be generated when the candidate submits an online application form. 

  • After that, the candidates need to pay the application fee through an online payment gateway by using Credit/Debit Card or Net banking.

The list of documents needed for Haryana B.Pharm Lateral Entry Admission are:

  • Class 10th Certificate and Marksheet which shows Date of Birth of the candidate
  • Passed D.Pharm Certificate

  • D.Pharm Marksheet/ Degree

  • Migration certificate

  • Residence Certificate of Haryana (If the applicant has not passed the schooling in Haryana). 

  • Category Certificate belonging to the candidates from SC/ESM/FF/PH/ /BCA/ BCB/, if applicable 

  • Annual Parental Income Certificate, in case of candidates belonging to the BCA and BCB Categories.

  • Valid identification proof such as Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.

  • Birth certificate (If Applicable)

  • Caste certificate (If Applicable)

  • Income certificate (If Applicable)

  • Recent Coloured Photograph

Haryana B.Pharm Lateral Entry Selection Process 2021

Admission in B.Pharmacy (2nd year through Lateral Entry) course shall be made on the basis of inter-se-merit of the percentage of qualifying Examination.  

Inter-se-Merit/ Rank of Qualifying Examination: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of Inter-se-Merit/ Rank based on the following criteria:-

  • Inter se merit will be prepared based on the candidate's percentage secured in the qualifying exam. i.e. D. Pharmacy up to 04 decimal places shall be the basis for the purpose of determining the Inter-se-Merit. 

  • For calculating the percentage of Aggregate Marks, the marks of Grand Total given by the respective Board will be considered

  • In case, Aggregate Marks are not mentioned by the concerned Board then GPA and CGPA awarded by the Board will be considered for calculating the percentage of Aggregate Marks. The candidate shall upload the proof of Aggregate Marks i.e. Detailed Marks Certificate of qualifying exam issued by the concerned Board along with Online Filled Application Form

Haryana B.Pharm Lateral Entry Tie-Breaking Criteria 2021

In case of a tie i.e. when two or more candidates obtain equal Aggregate Marks at qualifying Examination i.e. D. Pharmacy as mentioned then Inter-se-Merit of such candidates shall be decided in the following factors:-

  • Candidates Date of Birth. Higher rank will be granted to the elder candidate.

  • Name of the candidate (in English as per Qualifying Examination mark sheet). 

  • Candidates Father’s name (in English as per Qualifying Examination mark sheet). 

  • Candidates Mother’s name (in English as per Qualifying Examination mark sheet).

Haryana B.Pharm Lateral Entry Counselling Process and Fee 2021

  • In order to participate in Haryana B.Pharm Lateral Entry Counselling 2021,  you need to first fill up the Haryana B.Pharm Counselling form from the official website of Haryana State Technical Education Society (i.e. 
  • While filling up the counselling form you need to upload your documents for verification
  • After uploading the documents you need to fill up all your choices.
  • Haryana B.Pharm Lateral Entry Counseling will be conducted twice.

Counselling Fee:- Rs 500/-

Online Reporting To The Allotted Institute:-

  • After completing the counselling process the candidate needs to download their provisional allotment letter from the official website of Haryana State Technical Education Society 

  • If the applicant is satisfied with the allocated seat then they have to deposit the semester fees online and report to the allocated institute in order to secure their seats.

  • Applicants who have successfully reported online to the assigned institute will receive a system-generated Provisional Admission Slip from the assigned institution after confirmation of admission formalities such as online document verification and online fee deposition. Candidates must report to the allocated institute online and, if the candidate fails to report, the allocated seat will also be automatically cancelled
