  • In most of the Pharmacy colleges in order to get admission in B.Pharm L.E, candidates should have secured at least 60% marks in their three-year diploma program.

How to apply for B.Pharm Lateral Entry Admissions?

Before applying for B.Pharm lateral entry admissions, it is mandatory to get a valid entrance score in the national or state-level entrance exam. Students must, therefore, apply for the relevant entrance exam, depending on the aspirant’s requirements.

For admission in the B.Pharm Lateral Entry course, respective institutes or states conduct centralized admission processes for admission. If the student is prepared to attend a deemed institution, the student will need to fill up the university application from their official website. The candidates who have cleared the qualifying entrance exam need to register themselves register for the centralized admission process.

To appear for the admission process candidates must fill out the application form of the Institute/ College. The steps required to complete the application are discussed below:-

  • To complete the application form, the applicant must submit their personal details such as name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, etc.

  • At the time of filling up the application form, candidates also need to provide to their email id and mobile number for the communication

  • Candidates also need to upload their photographs and the documents which are asked in the application form

  • After filling up the application form the candidates must review their application form because once the application form is submitted, candidates cannot change or edit their application form.

  • In order to complete the application process, the candidates also need to pay the application fee set by the institute.

B.Pharm Lateral Entry Selection Process

Entrance-Based Admission:-

In most colleges, candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the entrance exam score. Shortlisting will be done on the basis of merit means that the higher the score, the higher the chance of admission. The candidate ranking will be determined on the basis of the entrance score. Based on the ranking candidates will get admission to the B.Pharm lateral entry course.

Direct Admission:-

If a candidate wants to be admitted directly to the pharmacy college without an entrance score, the candidates can request a different application form through the college official website, or visit the college personally. The application fee of the B.Pharm program will be totally determined by the relevant authority.
